Oops! I Did It Again.

This morning I had a little four year old over for a tea party.  She brought me Peanut M&Ms.  I thought I could resist.  Then she asked me to open them and share with her.  And we ate them together.

It rained all day and I didn't get out to exercise.

I didn't feel like cooking so we went to Moe's {burrito joint for you non VA folks} where I ate a ginormous burrito - but I got a whole wheat tortilla instead of white and had light lemonade instead of soda!  I cannot drink another ounce of water today because my stomach is so full from the burrito which was at least 1200 calories.

I am not proud of myself today, whereas I had been most of this week.  I'm  chalking this day up as one of my freebies and starting anew tomorrow.

  1. Treats and Mexican food. Who can resist? Tomorrow night we're having a big family dinner at my Mom's complete with Chicken Enchiladas, Red Enchiladas, homemade guacamole and brownies. I've been trying to be very stingy with my calories in preparation. Tomorrow is SO going to be one of my freebies. I don't think I'll even bother counting calories in the earlier part of the day because I know I'm going to go WAY over.

Just eat nothing but egg white omelets and 10 calorie jello tomorrow and you'll catch up from today. I'm so glad we're all doing this together!

  2. Good thing for those free days! I went to Moe's for dinner last night too with some girlfriends but I checked out the website first so I could make some nutritional choices ahead of time. I'm also walking around the the chick-fil-A nutritional guide in my purse. I'm a little obsessed but I've got to make this work in real life right?!?

    Love you!

  3. Aud - I did that A LOT when we ate out everyday. If you look at the facts before you show up, and know what you are going to get already, the rest of the menu is a little less tempting.
