Easy: No soda, take a multi-vitamin.
Hard: Drinking all that water and having to use the loo again and again. I do not like the taste of water except when I'm pregnant. Is that weird?


  1. I've found that after a few days your body starts to get use to the amount of water you're taking in and you don't have to use the Loo to often, at least until you break down and have a diet coke, then you're in big trouble.

  2. I added lemon or lime to my water. 64 ounces with no taste did not go over well. Lemon helped a lot.
