Who can resist? Tomorrow ...Treats and Mexican food. Who can resist? Tomorrow night we're having a big family dinner at my Mom's complete with Chicken Enchiladas, Red Enchiladas, homemade guacamole and brownies. I've been trying to be very stingy with my calories in preparation. Tomorrow is SO going to be one of my freebies. I don't think I'll even bother counting calories in the earlier part of the day because I know I'm going to go WAY over.<br /><br />Just eat nothing but egg white omelets and 10 calorie jello tomorrow and you'll catch up from today.
