eat my daily servings of veggies

I am not a veggie person.  I don't really love them.  I never have issues with eating my daily servings of fruits but veggies never seem to make it on my plate.  So my goal is to eat my daily servings of veggies.  So far so good.  Can I also say that I am loving these baby steps.  It is just what I needed to get back into the swing of things.

  1. I struggle with Veggies too but I found when I combine them with my fruit I do much better. For example I love green salads with fruit in them. Good luck.

  2. I struggle too unless I make a contentious decision to eat them. I especially find when I'm trying to do quick meals because things are so busy they are the first to go!

  3. Me three. I actually struggle with both my fruits and veggies. I like most fruits and some veggies, I think it's mostly because I just don't take the time to prep them. Seems like such a hassle at the time to wash them, cut them up or whatever. Good luck with your goal!

  4. Quickest easy veggie me for me: canned soup with loads of veggies, plus you can throw in any leftover veggies too.
