Lose It!

I'm using a free app on my iPhone called Lose It to count calories. I really like it, even though it has hardly any mexican food in it's database. When that happens, I go here and type in my recipe. Then I input the nutritional information in a new recipe on Lose It, and it saves it forever. Nice! So what sites & programs are you using?

  1. I use my alarm clock app to wake up at the crack of dawn and exercise. Does that count?

  2. Now I'm really pining for an iPhone. I use the calorie counter on iGoogle. It has been pretty good so far. When it doesn't have something I've eaten, I'm more careful about reading the package and adding that to my total.

  3. ooh, I can't wait to try that app. I bought one recently that is basically a gps...but it isn't working. I wanted it on the go when I decide to walk a long time on the fly so I know how far I went.

  5. Tonight I had a plan to hit the gym.

    After dinner I put my old lady exercise clothes on, tied my shoes and then never got out the door.

    It's a start though, as I did get the clothes and shoes on.

    I'll give it another shot tomorrow, maybe I'll get out the door and into the car.

  8. I love Lose it! It is so much easier than the professional software I have for school (made by the same company) New recipes I type into the computer program, but I can't beat having my ipod with me at all times to keep me on track! and it works!
