Thank You, Fast Sunday

Because of you I was able to eat a sorely missed treat, graham crackers dipped in hot cocoa. Because of you, I got to have some cheese in my omelet. I ate bacon and didn't even bat an eyelash. I slathered my toast with avocado. Because of you, I even had a carefully chosen low fat ice cream sandwich! Ok, maybe this all wasn't exactly healthy, but I had the calories, I didn't lose any points, and I managed to get all my fruits and veggies in, too. I'm still working on the water, which means I will be peeing all night long. But I don't care, you were totally worth it!

  2. Amen, sister! I've found Sundays (unless I take that as my free day) to be one of the easiest days to make my calorie because it's harder to eat when I'm at church or taking a luscious Sunday afternoon nap. Today, however, I went totally hog wild for my free day. And to copy your sentiment, I don't care, because it was totally worth it!

  6. I miss graham cracker sticks. They were great to dip in frosting.

    Did you have a skinny cow? I love their ice cream sandwiches. Not the chocolate ones but the vanilla and mint are my favs. Might have to buy some of those this week.
