Another Multivitamin Post

I just had to thank Audrey for introducing me to these multivitamins. I've been taking them for about a week now, and I have noticed a complete change. I've never really been a firm believer in multivitamins. My mom and grandma were both diagnosed with the early stages of Osteoporosis. Both have gotten them under control with exercise and calcium supplements. My mom has encouraged me to at least take my calcium, which I have been doing. I thought I'd give Audrey's suggestion a try, and it is amazing. I have more energy, and I just feel better. Do you give your kids a multivitamin? I've been thinking about doing it, but I don't want them to think it's candy and down the whole bottle while I am not looking. Any suggestions?
Also, Audrey, I am so glad you are starting the next challenge right away. A lot of days, just thinking about how many points I'm going to loose by overeating, is the only thing that stops me.

  1. Alicia! How are you? Audrey let me try her vits, and I love them too! She is a good sales rep. I am so excited that the next challenge is 3 weeks. I have not been good about keeping track of my points. Everything else is good, I'm just not writing stuff down. I feel like the exercise and eating is becoming more of a habit, which is so great! I give the kids the dino vitamins from Costco. They love them, a little too much. I have to keep them high up, and sometimes vanna cries because she wants more. They are really good tasting though.

  2. We do gummy vitamins here and they are stored way up high and the kids know that if you eat too many vitamins you can get sick because, yummy as they are, they're not candy. We also talk about how yucky our adult vitamins and medicines are.

Sometimes the kids remind me to take my vitamins by asking for theirs!

  3. I do gummy vitamins with my kids but I forget all the time. I need to be better about that, especially with my youngest and worst eater.

Glad your liking the vitamin pack! Makes life easy.

  4. Costco should give Audrey free vitamins for being such a great salesperson. I might try these when my present vitamins run out because your testimonial is selling me on them too.
