Drinking 64 oz. of water a day is so hard for me. Finally today it didn't seem like such a chore. (trick is to drink more than half of it before noon).


  1. I've been struggling with this one, too. But it's 11:00am and I've already drank/drinken (whatever) 32oz. Question: Have you guys been counting the water you drink with exercise? I've been trying to get 64oz. in addition to exercise water.

  2. Sue, I'm not being to picky on all of the rules because I want people to enjoy participating. I don't want to scare people off with my crazy notions of what qualifies and doesn't. I personally have been getting about 80-100oz of water because I drink a lot when I workout and right after a workout. I've been doing 1 hour plus workouts so it helps me consume more.

    Now most days just drinking 64oz would be hard so I'm just happy if people do it. Bonus results if you are going above the bar.

  3. Great tip! I will try that tomorrow! I'm still struggling to get all of my water in and I actually LIKE water -gasp!
