My New Goal

Well, I did good on my water almost the whole week - minus the sick day with kids. This week I've decided to add on no eating 2 hours before bedtime, especially considering I sat on the couched and munched M&Ms and jelly beans while chatting with my hubby for a couple of late hours last night. Not Good! Wish me luck.


  1. Unfortunately my hubby seems to be associated with some of my not so great eating habits too and late night eating is one of them. Good luck this next week.

  2. Achieving this goal can really make a difference. It's amazing how many extra calories people will snack on after dinner, lots and lots of calories that your body can't burn off late in the day or during sleep. This goal should become a strong daily habit, you can do it.
