This week I'm focusing on the exercise. Making sure I get at least a half hour of activity each day.
And, so far so good!

Last week, I did so so on my goal of calorie tracking.

Onward and upward!


  1. Oh wow! You're doing the two hardest ones right off the bat.

  2. Great, I think you can do it and keep counting those calories. You should start seeing the benefits of your hard work on these two goals.

  3. Mikki! Remember you get two free days. I started this last fall because 1) I don't want people to feel pressure to exercise on Sunday. 2) It's important for your body to be able to rest and recover from hard workouts!
