The TV Workout . . .

Good things to report today!

My sweetie and I are complete Lost addicts.  With the show nearing an end, each episode is absolutely riveting and we are glued to the couch.

Until last night.

I made my man get up with me during EVERY commercial break and do 20 sit ups, 20 push ups, 20 lunges, 20 curls with weights and 20 shoulder presses.  As soon as that screen went to black I'd yell, "Get up, Let's go!"  And we'd do it together, laughing and grunting until the commercials were over.

We did 100 of each exercise and this morning I am a little sore.  It's better than nothing, right?
