207 this week. Need to work on the points in these areas: water, fruits & veggies, before bed. Hoping to get a bit more exercise in this week too. I felt like I was in a bit of slump this past week.

ReplyDelete215 for this week. I am doing all the right things yet the scale is NOT going down!!! It is frustrating. I feel like I am being tested to see if I will really keep going even if I don't show any results. I am not liking it! I am trying to keep a positive attitude and not head for the kitchen...
ReplyDelete212. In reviewing my points for the week, I noticed that 4 of the 7 days I missed the fruit & veggie point and the before bed point. Perhaps that contibuted to my lack of movement on the scale this week.
