Oh my...

I feel like I should be in one of those anonymous meetings...My name is Chelsea and I've completely fell off the wagon. I'm (way) overweight, I feel disgusting and I'm addicted to food....but I'm back....and I want to win.

My emotional eating is out of control but I'm in the process of changing that!! I broke down and got a treadmill since I've been paying for a monthly gym membership that I haven't walked into for probably more than a year. I really want to RUN, but am far from it right now. I've never felt this horrible when I've exercised which is just another indicator of how bad I've let it go.

Anyway...on with the new! My goal is to lose 10lbs by Christmas.

  2. Welcome back. I'm "back" too, It will be fun to come back together! :) Great move getting the treadmill. Sometimes it takes us a few tries to find out what will work for us as an individual!

  3. If you get bored on the treadmill, try some intervals... they make the time go by fast and it gives you an AWESOME workout! Welcome back!

  4. I had the same problem with gym memberships. I would pay for them and then never use them. Such as waste. I really enjoy my Wii fit. I'm surprised it works as well as it does.

  5. I paid for the gym for a year without using it, actually more like two years but I do find that if I've put out some money I'm more likely to exercise. I loved the cartoon Chels, many of those machines names are exactly what I call those machines.

    Time to seriously count calories and get your exercise in and then you'll lose the 10 pounds and more. Also time to really commit to a life style change so that they don't come back, you can do it. Love ya Chelsea!!
