Read her take and I realize that I'm not in the same shape as Trainer Momma. Not that that was surprising or anything. I can do a 20 minute routine and a half and I'm wiped...on a good day.
I read her review yesterday and thought she was on target with all my thoughts. I love to work on the shred when I haven't been doing weights for a while...I look forward to doing them back to back.I also agree with the what weights should I use. I used three different sets of weights when I did this Monday...
I read it too. I am so glad because I have a better idea of what it's really like. I thought it was interesting it only had 20 min of cardio! Like Jillian really trains that way! hmmm... it seems pretty good though :)
