Gratitude - My First HWHL Rambling Video

This is why I prefer writing to public speaking - editing! Otherwise, I go off into tangents and am a babbling mess, but I thought it would be fun to try something new for the HWHL blog! Let me know what you think!

  1. First, I love the video post. It's great to hear your voice. You sound similar to Sue, but of course different. Plus, it's fun to see your progress...in you're face I mean :-)

Second, I think we all get that you're being sarcastic, but I think many of us including myself a sarcastic when there is an underlying problems we are dealing with or need to deal with...thus, the comments of support, help, and LOVE!

Third, give yourself the gratitude points. Be grateful.

Forth, I think your goal is great. That's why I decided to do a challenge during this difficult time...we don't want all that hard work to go to waste and start at square one again in January.

Ok, I think that's it. You're one fabulous lady. The incentive has been made and shipped...more details to come. Hang in there.

  2. I love it! It's nice to see your face! I didn't post mine either and it looks like Audrey is the best ever and is going to let us get the points!
I'm a TOTALLY sarcastic person too which is sometimes really hard. I get told I use my sarcasm to say what I really want to say without being serious. Sometimes yes, sometimes no! I feel ya girl!

  4. Becky, you look so amazing, truly! And I can say it with sincere truth because I met you at the begining of your journey. You're going to rock this weight off as soon as the holidays are over.

  5. Becky, great goal to just hold your weight at 190 during the holidays. Come January it will be time to rev up your exercise and diet routine a notch so that you can buy a FAB new swim suit for the summer. You can do it Becky, loved the video.......your're really looking fabulous.

I agree, just maintaining during the holidays is the way to go, that's what I'm hoping to do, (but I think I'm failing!).
I love sarcasm. I'm still fairly new here, so I've probably missed most of those posts, but I look forward to them! :)
