Ready, Set, Go!

The next three weeks are going to consist of THREE quick challenges. They will start Monday and end Saturdays. This way for any of you that have plans for Easter, or Spring Break don't have to feel left out!

I hope that with three quick challenges they will be fun, motivating, and a quick jump start to the swim suit season that is just around the corner.

Join me! We are going back to the normal point system. Hopefully for those that participated in the 5 week focus challenges this will be no problem! The rest of you hop on board and get going!

Looking forward to hearing about your successes and great ideas to keep motivated now that the warmer weather in on it's way!!!

  1. We'll see if I can do better with the next three weeks. I started out ok on the five week challenge but quickly lost momentum, so I really don't have anything to report as far as my points goes. Good luck to everyone. I'm definitely hoping to do better over the next couple weeks. My biggest hurdle right now is controlling my appetite. Wish me luck!

    Thank goodness we are starting another challenge. This past week was awful.

    I was wondering when you were going to ask about the challenge points, 441 for me. I started off great, but the last week I pretty much lost all steam.

    Oh well can't do anything about that now but keep moving forward.

    P.S. I got my necklace in the mail and absolutely LOVE it! I have worn it a few times and seem to always get compliments and inquiries about it. Thank YOU!

  3. Oh good, a one week challenge under the old point system will be great. I haven't kept any points the past few weeks but I've been trying to do stuff.

  4. Love the one week challenge idea. Helps me not to feel like a failure when I can't seem to maintain good habits for an extended period of time. It's nice to have a day off, regroup, then start again.

  5. One quick question: Are we still allowed one free day? I just want to be prepared either way.

  6. I really am excited about the 1 week challenge. You can do anything hard for a short amount of time. It'll be nice to have a day or two off and then hit it hard again. Thanks Audrey!

  7. I kept track until the stomach flu, and then everything kinda fell apart. Boo. My point total is 377.
