Plus! Get ready for SUNDAY! Do you know what you're doing yet!?
380 for me. I was hoping to get over 400 and maybe have a chance at competing with Marci but alas I had a couple bad days this last weekend. All in all though I'm still happy with how I did.
I'm with you, Melissa. I was good for a week, and then just fell off the wagon. I probably got around 200 points, I still exercised the 2nd week, but forget calorie counting and reigning in the food intake. Sigh. But I'm glad Audrey has put together a good challenge for the next five weeks. I could use a kick in the pants.
420 for me. I feel like I am cheating with my training. It's forced me to really focus on my eating, water, vitamins and workouts. One day a week I get 3 hours of exercise in...I know, a bit excessive, and three days a week are 2 hours. Only one more month of this schedule and I'll be able to scale back a bit... in fact I start tapering in 3 weeks. Yay! (My "girls" are shrinking like crazy though.) Sad....
There's a prize!? 342 for me! I didn't start the food journal till this week. It's like balancing your check book every night!

ReplyDeleteMy all time low: 128. It's February. No further comment.
ReplyDelete301 for me. Was sick for the last 3 days of the challenge and had some not so great days. Time is moving fast and we are almost in March! AHHH!
