Try it. You might like it.

The reasons I love sushi are simple.

It's tasty.
It's pretty.
It's healthy.

. . . and most important of all . . .

I get to use chopsticks.

If you think you're sushi-averse, start small. Try the California Roll first (no raw fish there, only cooked imitation crab).

P.S. Sushi also makes me think of my little brother, also known as Audrey's husband.

  1. Sushi is always so artfully presented, if you don't want to eat it you can just look at it and feel good.

  2. Oh man, Sushi is one of those foods I just can't do. Ok, I will admit, that I love a California roll as long as everything on or around is cooked. I went to a really nice sushi resturant once and asked for the California Roll because I knew it was cooked. They brought it out decorated in fish eggs. YUCK!! Crunchy tiny fish eggs decorating a soft yummy roll. It's all a mind game. I will say, I have tried a raw roll, hoping the fish was in the inside mixed with everything else. Nope, big blob of raw fish on top. Took a few bites and the texture of crunchy roll with a soft goshy fish on top wasn't working for me. Boy I'm sure you didn't need a mouth full. Kudos to all the love Sushi because it really does look good.

  4. Amen Becky and Alicia. Maybe we would loose a lot of weight if we were put on the Sushi diet. Hummm...

  5. Sushi is not only SUPER YUMMY! But most of it is really good for you.

I know many of you don't like it but you need to have someone who really knows something about it lead you gently into it.

MMMMM, I think I need to get me some sushi today.
