Did you think I would forget? Nope. Even in all my craziness to get ready for my next trip I haven't given up on this challenge or my favorite Healthy Wives.
So here is the challenge. For a big 20 points I want you to take your measurements. Keep them to yourselves.
For some of us the scale might not move very quickly and measurements may be the only place we see are hard work.
If you were around when we had this challenge before it's a great time to see how things are going. For those of you that didn't do it before I promise this is a great thing to do!
SO DO IT! YOU HAVE UNTIL FRIDAY NIGHT WHEN THIS CHALLENGE ENDS.
Since starting about six weeks ago, I have lost 21 pounds, 1.5" off my chest, 1.5" off my waist, and 3" off my hips.

ReplyDeleteThanks for this challenge, I really needed it. I have been on this plateau for over a month now and was getting a little discouraged. It was nice to see numbers going down. Some surprisingly more than I expected. I'll just keep telling myself I'm building lean muscle and that's why the scale isn't budging.:)
I can't believe it! I seriously didn't think the numbers would go down since I haven't really lost weight but I was wrong!
ReplyDeleteI averaged a 1/2 an inch on my legs and arms and 2 inches on my waist! I am so grateful that you had us do this challenge. I am now a firm believer that the scale doesn't tell all!
Oh yea, BECKY WOW!! Congrats on doing such an amazing job these last 6 weeks. I am seriously SO impressed. Way to go girl!! Keep up the great work!
