  4. A good example would be Alicia's post about Am I A Runner that motivated Mindy to not only start running but complete the 10k Boulder Bolder

  8. I have appreciated all the new recipes, the funny posts about boobs and girdles, all the terrific health knowledge. I've loved getting to know all you amazing women and seeing pictures of your beautiful families. I've been so touched by your trials and challenges and how you are each coping, accepting and conquering them. I've been overwhelmed by your encouragement and support for each other and for myself. I've loved every single post on this blog but I'm going to pick this one:

    http://ahealthywifeequalshappylife.blogspot.com/2010/02/why-challenge.html

which is the very first one posted by Audrey. Audrey I'm so proud of you and your desire to face your own health challenges as you've recognized how important good health is to your happiness. Your enthusiasm, sense of humor, knowledge and desire to help others has and is making a huge difference in all of our lives. It's because of you and your challenge that we are all here.

  9. Okay, I was going to spend hours and hours reading months of posts (400+ posts, really?!!), but I'm cracking the whip on myself so I can meet my main summer goal of finishing my Medical Transcription course. So, naturally, of all the posts I have read since Sue clued me in, I am putting her post as my favorite. Just a little nepotism, I know, but I started all this because of Sue's constant enthusiasm for what she was doing. That makes her the winner:

  10. I hope I'm not too late for this. This was a difficult one to pin down. I really enjoy so many of the posts on this board. I have found myself laughing, crying and being inspired by so many things.

My favorite post was Jill's A New Perspective

    http://ahealthywifeequalshappylife.blogspot.com/2010/06/new-perspective.html

I started looking at blessings in my life a bit differently after that post.

Another post that really touched me was Alicia's post about Control. Definitely something I could relate to and draw some wisdom from. I also want to mention how much I needed Queen Vee's comment on that post.

    http://ahealthywifeequalshappylife.blogspot.com/2010/07/control.html#comments

The comment came at a time when my Mom and I were not exactly getting along (which rarely rarely happens)but it really helped me to see things from her perspective and we did get through it.

    So there you have it.
