For All You Running Mothers Out There...

And those who wonder what's the point:


  1. Sounds intriguing!

    And, I definitely want to start running after I drop some more weight, so I don't kill my knees. But I have to say, I find swimming laps in the pool calming and meditative as well. It's very soothing to feel the water flow over my body, and to have the outside world dampened as my head is in the water.

  2. Oh, I think I want to read this book. I've been running a bit more since I'm doing a duathalon in October but it's slow going. I have however found a nice .50 mile loop around my house so I can get out and do it without excuses.
