  2. 251, including the 20 point measurement challenge. The sun has finally returned and I've been enjoying exercising outside. And I've started working on my garden. I love that I can add gardening to my exercise! Did you know you burn approx. 272 calories in an hour of gardening? With the amount of weeding I need to do in the raspberries and strawberries, I could easily spend 2 hours a day out there. Here's hoping the weather holds!

    Sam, I'm thinking 180 is pretty good considering the party planner stress you had last week!

  8. I haven't tracked points this past week, but I weigh the same, have been eating healthfully, will be trying baby bok choy any day now. Took a week off exercise for health reasons (strained muscle), but back in the gym and outside walking this week.
