1 minute lunch


Do you have a favorite quick-fix can of soup? My thinking is that winter's best lo-cal hot lunch is soup. Much as I love salads, when it's cold, I crave something that steams and takes a while to eat and is chunky.

Here's one of my favorites: Amy's organic roasted vegetable Southwestern. It's got a bit of spice and doesn't have that weird canned taste that some soups have. One and a half cups, only 210 calories.
