Girls are made of sugar and spice and everything nice

Why does something that tastes so good have to be so bad for you? I LOVE sugar, but I have been eating a lot less of it the past 5 months. Below is one man's opinion on how bad sugar is for you and in case you're wondering.....I'm still going to indulge in it.

  2. So, what he's saying is that sugar is the Dr. Evil of the nutrition universe. Yep, still gonna eat it. I eat a lowfat, whole grain, fresh fruits and veggies diet, so I figure I'm in good balance when I indulge in a little sugar. Whatever, or whatevs for short.

  3. I thought for sure #26 would be #1. Sugar and danger have some of the same letters. Did you notice? Coincidence? I think not.

  4. Is there anything it doesn't do??? I think he needs to define between refined sugar and natural sugar like we get in a sweet, juicy, flavorful peach etc. Not giving that up any time soon.
