  1. Are there points for challenge number 4? When do you count them?

  2. Yes, you get 10 points for this round if you tested yourself on both plank and push-ups. You'll get another 10 points in the next round for retesting. Hopefully there will be some improvement. It's something to work on.

  3. 209 including Challenge #4. I did the elbow version of the plank for 1:20 and did 21 man push-ups. Oh and I accomplished my 30 point personal goal of losing 6 pounds, so my grand total is 239.

  4. I have 227 points. I kept my personal goal for about 5 days, (does that count?) I am guessing NOT! I am thinking this challenge alone was good for this time but I will be adding 30 points next time for sure!
6 pounds?! Congratulations Sue!!! You have to be SO proud of yourself! Way to go. Thanks for the motivation!

  5. Ok, then I have 195 points. I didn't set a personal goal, but sure wish I woulda! I had a hard time thinking of something meaningful. I did 18 man push-ups and held the regular plank for 1:29. I haven't tried the side plank yet. I may not have come out with the top points, or even in the top 5, but I lost weight and had a pretty major paradigm shift, so I feel totally successful. THANK YOU AUDREY, I LOVE YOU!

  6. Hey! Great job everyone! It's so fun to hear of your successes and your slip-ups..that you are all human like me. :)

I have 254 points for the week. I tested myself on plank and push-ups. AND drum roll....I made my goal for this round!! I have lost 16 pounds. (note: I started this a little earlier than most of you).

Can't wait for the next round. Thanks for all of your hard work on this Audrey! You're a gem!!

  8. I am with Sue R. this time around at 239. Feeling great about that! (yes, partly, cuz Sue R. is so cool).

I met my 3 week goal of painting the inside of two tall bookshelves and reorganizing/cleaning the clothing closets.

I have muscles in my back and sides that I haven't had in years and I can pick out almost anything in my closet without having to think whether or not it will fit me.

Thank you Audrey. I'm having a blast!

  9. My final points are 238. I tested myself on the plank and could do it for about 10 nanoseconds...basically cannot do the plank at all...I cannot get my body off the ground. I did push-ups off the counter for a while...the floor is another story. I am totally going to continue to try the plank...it is now a goal of mine to be able to do the plank :) I did get the 30 points for my goal of training for the 5k. I'm so excited to see how well everyone has done!! Can't wait to start back up again...I'm going to work hard this week and be ready to jump in to the next challenge!! Happy Easter everyone!

  10. My points for this last week were so/so. I only did half my ironing, which was the 30 point goal. But I did do plank and pushups and my total for the week was 189.

  11. Maybe some of you would like to check out this recipe on my sister's food blog. Only 300 calories per serving for chicken and potatoes. Looks good to me.
