This challenge lasts for 3 weeks. It starts on March 8th! After the three weeks we will take a short break an start another challenge.
1. Eat your calorie range
2. Drink 64 oz. of water
3.Take one multi-vitamin per day
4. Exercise 30 minutes...each additional 15 minutes gets extra points
5. Journal all food eaten
6. Post on this blog every day
7. Stop eating at least two hours before bedtime
8. Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner
9. No soda pop!
