I was hoping to break 400 again this time but I didn't have such a great day yesterday and only got halfway through my 30 point goal. I gave myself 15 points for it though (is that okay?) anyway my total was 369.
372 for me. I had some absolutely perfect days along with some terrifically terrible days. My posting and journaling keep me honest, I'll say that. I'm with you Cammy, aiming to rise above that 400 line next time!
366 for me too. I've got my eating down pretty well, but my exercise needs to become more regular. I'm feeling good though and down 4 pounds this challenge. Good job ladies. I'm excited for the next go around.
385 umm not my best two weeks but at least I did it! ) Well, maybe I will take 2 points off for my post last night since it didn't really count... so count me as 383.
Oh, come on, Jill. Maybe that qualifies as "The Lamest Post Ever", but somebody had to do it sometime, and you get points for making us all laugh, because we've probably all thought of doing it sometime. So, you can have your two points for last night.
342 for me. Kind of a rough session. I exercised really well, but I blew calorie points waaaaay too much. I've got some definite goals for next session, and new tricks to try, but I'll post about that tomorrow.
I didn't keep track! SO bad huh! I hit my work outs every day, and eating was good, except for Sunday. I kinda fell off the wagon yesterday. I kept thinking it was my day off...even though it was, I totally took advantage if it. Not a good thing. Anyway, I will keep track this challenge. I'm ready to go! Thanks Audrey for holding me accountable. I really appreciate these challenges, and a chance to be accountable for my choices. Here's to a new challenge!!!!
330. Lowest of all points posted, but I'm feeling OK because at least I participated for the first time in several months! Also, I accomplished my 30 point goal of making chore charts and implementing them. So far, it's been going really well.
