I have noticed the last two days that when I come home from work I immediately look for a piece of fruit to snack on. I used to go right to the cupboard with all the goodies in it. I am hoping that is a sign of some progress. Has anyone else noticed that they are craving healthier goodies?
I've been craving whole wheat, fruit and lean meat. That's a BIG change for me! Not that I don't fantisize about brownies and sugar cookies still, but now I'm able to fill my tummy up with good stuff so that I'm not eating treats to fill the void.
ReplyDeleteThey say it takes 27 days to establish a habit; by the end of the challenge we'll be pretty close to that! We're definitely making progress.
I've noticed that I don't crave anything! I'm having a hard time forcing myself to want a sweet. It's glorious!!
