(If only I really looked like this when I run.)
I feel like I have been through so many running buddies over the last year. In actuality it has only been four but considering my past workout buddies usually lasted well over a year that is a lot.
Tomorrow I start with another one. I am so excited, and the best part is she lives just down the street and neither one of us has to drive to meet up.
Can I just say, it will be so nice to go running without the stroller and two fighting kids.
Now I just need to quell my excitement so I can go to sleep.
Soooo....how did it go? My best running buddy was one that lived on the next street over! It was sweet success!
ReplyDeleteGood luck! I am sure you will have a great time. my running buddy is pregnant so I will be looking for someone soon too!
ReplyDeleteI don't like running on a treadmill, but I'm waiting for it to quit raining/snowing and warm up a tad so I can run with my running buddy (my dog Molly).
ReplyDeleteSadly my partner woke up with a screaming headache so our first run hasn't happened yet. It will either be tomorrow if I can convince her to go with me on a Saturday or early next week.
ReplyDeleteRose I don't care much for treadmill running either (I say this as hubby and I are surfing the net looking for one. LOL) I would much rather be outside but they are nice to have when the weather is yucky or your partner has a headache:)
I don't like running at all because with my asthma I can't breath. I jog/walk...mostly walk, usually on a tread mill or on a school track by my house. It is so boring but I do it. I don't think anyone would want to partner with me as I would just slow them down. I hope your new partner works out for you Cammy because I think having an exercise buddy would give one so many positive benefits.
