I've set a two month goal for myself. I want to walk/run 120 miles by the end of May which works out to 15 miles per week. For some of you that probably wouldn't be much of a challenge but it will be for me. I start tomorrow in case anyone wants to join me. I might be an April fool but this is no joke.
That's a great goal! Good for you. Cat's challenge last summer was really motivating for me because I had to be accountable each week. What will you do to keep yourself motivated?

ReplyDeleteThere is a website called dailymile.com that I joined when I first started *really* running (you know, like two weeks ago). You can be friends with whoever, and that has helped me be accountable. You have to log your miles in and there ya go. Check it out and then be my friend! :)
