I bought tons last fall/wint...I love acorn squash. I bought tons last fall/winter and Chris and I ate it all the time. I usually brush with olive oil and salt and pepper it or brush with a little melted butter and sprinkle brown sugar on it. <br /><br />Let me know how it went when you have a chance. I miss you!
