I think part of taking care of yourself is realizing your limits. Sometimes sleep is more important than exercising. Our bodies need that time that we sleep to re-charge and to fight off illness and stress. So for now get some zzzzzz's and re-evaluate in 2 weeks. Most nights I get about 6 which really starts to wear on a person. You are great to keep going and doing just a little will make a difference.
