I w...Ok Melissa, this post kind of weirded me out! I was going to do a post just like this today! After I had my last baby, I had some back problems, but as soon as I started exercising, they went away. Since I've been slacking this last month, my back has become weak. This last Sunday, my back went into spasms again. I can barely walk it hurts so bad. I actually forgot how much the exercise was helping my back because it felt so good for so long. GRRR! Any way, weirded out is probably not the right word. I started reading this post and thought, "seriously, did I right this in my sleep?"
